Overview

Cleveland Clinic is seeking Board Eligible/Certified Radiologists to join a group of established Radiologists at Akron General Medical Center (AGMC) in Akron, Ohio. AGMC is a Trauma Level I hospital. Formal fellowship training in Body Imaging is preferred but can be offset with experience. The radiology team enjoys a diverse case mix, with some sub-specialized cases read by main campus radiologists.

We emphasize quality over quantity; radiologists are not measured solely on productivity, with a focus on maintaining manageable workloads to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide general radiology coverage as part of the Division of General Radiology across an extensive system of community hospitals, ambulatory care facilities, and imaging centers in the Greater Cleveland/Akron, Ohio area.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology including PACS (AGFA EI), Voice Recognition (Powerscribe 360), and EMR (EPIC); the network continues to evolve as Cleveland Clinic invests in technology.
• Collaborate with a collegial team to deliver excellent patient care.
• Maintain focus on quality outcomes and appropriate workload management.
