Job summary

The Division of Abdominal Imaging in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at University of Miami Health System and Miller School of Medicine invites applications for a full-time faculty position at Assistant, Associate, or Professor level in the clinical educator track.

Cell candidates will provide clinical imaging services (X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound), participate in teaching residents and fellows, and engage in clinical research.

Qualifications

• ABR-certified or eligible
• Florida Medical License or eligible
• Minimum 1 year subspecialty fellowship in Abdominal Radiology
• University faculty experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Active clinical practice in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Educate radiology students, residents, and fellows
• Develop and manage clinical research
• Interpret X-rays, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound; perform non-invasive fluoroscopic procedures
• Teach across residency and fellowship programs, attend seminars and conferences
• Supervise technical personnel and participate in on-call schedule
• Participate in quality assurance related to radiology and abdominal imaging
• Provide abdominal imaging consultations
• Staff off-site imaging sites as needed
• Assume administrative responsibilities in abdominal radiology
• Participate in teaching activities across radiology training programs
• Serve on departmental and University committees
