The ABD & OBGYN Sonography Instructor plays a pivotal role in fostering an environment of academic excellence and professional growth.   • Participate in faculty, departmental, and school‑wide meetings to contribute to the institution's goals
  • Engage in campus service by participating in special project committees annually
  • Incorporate professional and industry experience into teaching to enhance learning outcomes
  • Attend Program Advisory Committee meetings to provide insights on curriculum and course delivery

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the academic mission of CHCP
Qualifications
  • Minimum of an Associate’s Degree
  • Current RDMS certification in ABD and OB/GYN specialties (required)
  • Relevant credentials specific to the concentrations offered in the program
  • Proficiency in teaching methodology, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and guidance
  • At least three years of full-time professional experience as a general sonographer, cardiac sonographer, pediatric cardiac sonographer, or vascular technologist (defined as 35 hours per week)
