Job summary

RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC in Humble, TX invites you to join as an ABAT Trainee, an entry-level role where you gain hands-on experience helping children improve communication and behavior under supervision.

You will participate in implementing treatment plans, observe behaviors, and engage clients in activities while developing professional ABA skills in a supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in ABA and working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain certifications as required.
• Flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients under supervision.
• Observe and record client behavior data to track progress.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote skill development.
• Communicate with clients, families, and team members to foster collaboration.
• Participate in team meetings and training on ABA principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy space for safety and learning.
