Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an SAP ABAP Developer to support a federal modernization program. This position is fully remote and focuses on a large-scale SAP S/4HANA initiative serving transportation, logistics, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities include developing ABAP solutions, enhancing S/4HANA apps, building Fiori/UI5 interfaces, and integrating via APIs, BAPIs, IDOCs, REST, and SOAP. DoD Secret Clearance is required; 10+ years of software experience with 5+ in ABAP are expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP Objects, CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and SAP Gateway.
• Experience developing integrations using BAPI, IDOC, REST APIs, SOAP, XML, or related technologies.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and modern SAP development tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required

Compensation for the SAP ABAP Developer includes:

• Salary Range: $125,000-135,000
