Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work in home or clinic settings with a supportive team and BCBA supervision, focused on achieving meaningful progress and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism.
• Effective communication in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session notes submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
