Job summary

Total Spectrum LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician to work part-time, providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. You’ll use play-based strategies to enhance communication, confidence, and independence while receiving paid training and ongoing support from a collaborative team.

No prior experience is required—participants must be 18+, pass a background check, and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; paid training provided.
• Ability to work one-on-one with children with autism using ABA techniques.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children to build communication and independence.
