Starting pay is $22.25/hour for BTs and $24.60/hour for RBTs, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. Paid training and mentorship are provided for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues based on client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality of session data.
