Action Behavior Centers is hiring in Queen Creek, AZ for a full-time Behavior Technician. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following treatment plans and collecting data.

No experience is needed; paid training and RBT certification are provided. A Bachelor's degree is required for the role, with opportunities for growth and ongoing support from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; provide proof of degree.
• Paid training provided and RBT certification fully covered.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
