AllTheWay ABA in Fall River, MA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to support clients under the supervision of a BCBA, focusing on children with behavioral challenges.

You will implement ABA-based intervention plans, assist with Activities of Daily Living, monitor progress, document outcomes, and collaborate with families to align care with goals. Flexible hours and paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is preferred.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental or behavioral disorders, is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and patient care practices is essential.
• A background in implementing care plans is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, utilizing ABA techniques.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve functioning.
• Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop care plans that align with client needs and goals.
