Action Behavior Centers in Wheat Ridge, CO is hiring Behavior Technicians to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills. The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs. No experience is required; paid training and full coverage of the RBT certification are provided.

You must have a Bachelor’s Degree and be at least 18 years old. Growth opportunities exist within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and must be verifiable.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical activities as part of therapy sessions.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Observe and report progress to supervisors.
