Job summary

Elmtreeaba is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) in Boston, Massachusetts. The BT will provide direct Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Responsibilities include implementing ABA programming, collecting data, and maintaining therapy environments. Candidates should have at least one year of ABA experience, a Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred, and excellent communication skills. This role requires physical fitness and a genuine enjoyment of working with children.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with young people of varying ages.
• At least one year of ABA experience required.
• Must be physically fit, able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Must remain calm in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy in a 1:1 format to children with ASDs.
• Implement programming based on discrete trial and incidental teaching.
• Collect data accurately and communicate client progress to caregivers.
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment.
