Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated individuals to join the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, supporting independence and learning.

No prior ABA experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. This part-time role offers afternoon/evening hours and a 6-month commitment to help transform lives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients with evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and family engagement.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness.
