Job summary

Heartland ABA in Missouri is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will join a supportive clinical team to implement skill-building plans and track progress with accurate data collection.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
