Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Fort Worth is hiring for a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with young children using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through engaging activities.

Promising growth opportunities include moving into clinical administrator, operations manager, or BCBA roles through our Everest program. The role offers full-time hours with paid RBT certification and advancement potential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree beneficial.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• May support nearby clinics if needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work to learn the role.
