Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center (ABTC) is hiring Behavior Technicians who want to turn their passion for helping others into meaningful work. Whether this is your first step into behavioral health or the next step in your career, you’ll receive paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support from our clinical team.
You’ll work closely with children with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing individualized ABA support that encourages communication, social development, positive behavior, independence, and daily living skills.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based approach that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities learn meaningful skills that support greater independence in their everyday lives.
Through personalized, engaging sessions, Behavior Technicians work one-on-one with children to strengthen communication, social, play, coping, and daily living skills. Using positive reinforcement and individualized strategies, they also help children develop safer and more effective ways to navigate challenging behaviors.
ABA is all about celebrating progress—whether it’s learning to communicate a need, completing a daily routine, interacting with others, or reaching a new milestone.
