Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will work as part of a clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans while recording session data accurately.

No ABA experience? Paid training is provided. This is a part-time role with afternoon/evening hours, designed as an entry point into ABA and psychology, with opportunities to grow as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
