Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking entry-level Behavioral Support Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings across the United States. This part-time role includes paid training and flexible hours, making it ideal for students or those seeking evening or weekend work.

You will work closely with families and clinicians, document session data, and assist with skill-building and behavior plans while maintaining a patient, compassionate approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
