Heartland-ABA in Hutchinson, KS is hiring for part-time evening ABA positions. Provide one-on-one services in clients' homes, Monday–Friday 5pm–8pm, with paid training and opportunities for growth within the ABA field.

No experience required; 40-hour RBT training is provided. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma and reliable transportation, and commit to at least six months. Pay ranges from $17 to $25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Must complete the 40 Hour RBT Training before working.
• Minimum 6-month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes.
• Use evidence-based interventions to support independence and behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to optimize treatment.
