Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking compassionate, patient individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings in the United States. Roles start part-time with comprehensive training and supervision from the clinical team.

No prior experience is required; training is provided, and the position offers opportunities to contribute to children's development and families' well-being. Reliable transportation is needed to reach clients’ locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes and locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Collaborate with clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
• Coordinate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
