ABA 360 in New Jersey seeks individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, with part-time hours and flexible afternoon/evening shifts. No prior experience required, and you’ll join a clinical team dedicated to improving outcomes for children with Autism.

This entry-level role emphasizes compassionate care, data recording, and collaboration with families; training via the 40-hour RBT course is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
