Job Summary:

Spend your day working with children diagnosed with autism at home, in school, or in a clinic setting, helping them thrive in their environments. Carry out the treatment plan that has been carefully outlined by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), ensuring personalized support for working with autistic kids. Provide ABA therapy to manage and improve behaviors that interfere with daily lives, equipping you with the expertise to effectively work with kids with autism and help them reach their full potential.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
  • Well-organized, flexible, and open to hearing feedback.
  • A bachelor’s degree in psychology, Education, ABA or a related field is a plus but not required.
