Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings, under the guidance of BCBA professionals. You will support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills while collecting progress data and maintaining engaging learning environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

You’ll work one-on-one with clients in home and community settings while receiving support and guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent

Plus one of the following:

• College coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field

OR

• At least one year of experience as a:
  • Behavior Technician
  • ABA Therapist
  • Behavioral Interventionist
  • Paraprofessional
  • Child Development Professional
  • Camp Counselor
  • Similar child-focused role

Additional Details

• Services are provided in clients’ homes and community settings
• Travel between client locations may be required
• Mileage reimbursement available when eligible
• Paid training and ongoing support provided
