Job summary

A leading autism therapy provider in Indiana is seeking an ABA Therapist Trainer responsible for providing 1:1 therapy to clients while assisting in staff training and development. The role requires a Registered Behavior Technician certification and leadership abilities to support a clinical team in delivering quality services. Qualifications

• One year as an RBT and 6 months in a training capacity.
• Exceeds expectations in therapist duties.
• Flexible, creative, & excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Substitutes for 1:1 therapists as needed.
• Assists with staff training specific to ABA concepts.
• Monitors & tracks therapist feedback accurately.
