AllTheWay ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated registered behavior technicians to join our wonderful team!
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Internship - No less than 20 per week
Choose your own hours, Monday to Friday. Weekends are available as needed.
Pay : $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Summary :
The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with behavioral challenges.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities :
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) to promote independence and improve overall functioning.
Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate medical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
Provide behavior management strategies to address challenging behaviors effectively.
Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop care plans that align with client needs and goals.
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral health.
Qualifications of the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) :
Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is preferred.
Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental or behavioral disorders, is highly preferred.
Knowledge of behavior management techniques and patient care practices is essential.
A background in implementing care plans is an advantage.
