Job summary

Precious Care ABA is hiring a Behavior Tech Rockstar to support children with autism in their homes around Trenton, NJ. No formal ABA experience required; we provide training and mentorship from BCBA staff to help you grow.

You'll work one-on-one with clients, collect progress data, and partner with families to turn everyday moments into learning opportunities while enjoying flexible schedules and the chance to earn $20–$30/hour in a rewarding role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and one ABA-related course recommended.
• Experience in education or autism-related field recommended.
• Ability to work hands-on with children.
• Knowledgeable about ABA terms (training will be provided).
• Knowledgeable about data collection software (training will be provided).
• Works collaboratively with coworkers and clients’ families.
• Follows supervisor directions and treatment plans, and asks questions when needed.
• Patient and compassionate, especially with challenging behaviors.
• Flexible and reliable.

Responsibilities

You’ll work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes , turning everyday moments into opportunities for learning and progress.

What We’re Looking For

People who are reliable, patient, energetic, and enjoy working with children.

Experience working with kids is a plus, including babysitting, childcare, teaching assistant roles, camp counseling, coaching, or caregiving.

Ability to travel to client homes (valid driver’s license and reliable transportation).
