Job summary

Precious Care ABA in Newark, NJ is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism in home settings. No prior ABA experience is required; you will be trained and mentored by BCBA clinicians to build essential communication, social, and life skills.

In this hands-on role, you will collect progress data, celebrate successes, and collaborate with families to carry therapy gains into daily life. Flexible schedules and supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Read and write English fluently.
