Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT Certification preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs.
• Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA intervention.
• Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Apply principles of ABA to address behavioral challenges.
• Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching.
• Attend regular meetings and training opportunities.
• Collect data on client behaviors and skills.
• Provide exceptional clinical services.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Skills

Proficiency in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and strategies.

Maintain professionalism in client home/school environments

Education

High school diploma or GED

RBT Certification
