Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior provides ABA-based services for children and young adults with autism, with each client on a treatment team guided by BCBAs. The role involves hands-on ABA programming, data collection, and collaborative meetings to ensure progress in home and school environments.

Ideal candidates have a background in psychology or related fields and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team with strong organizational skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT Certification Preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs.
• Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA intervention.
• Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Apply principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
• Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed.
• Attend regular meetings, training, and stay current on best practices in ABA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and skills / writing session notes within appropriate timeline.
• Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
