Job summary

Precious Care ABA is seeking an ABA Therapist/RBT to join our in‑home team in Glaucester City, PA. You will work one‑on‑one with children in their homes, turning everyday moments into learning opportunities while receiving hands‑on training from experienced BCBA mentors.

Flexible schedules, a $20–$30/hour pay range, and opportunities to pursue RBT certification are offered. No prior ABA experience required—the team supports your growth and impact every session.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and one ABA‑related course (ex. RBT training) (recommended)
• Experience in education or autism‑related field (recommended)
• Ability to work hands‑on with children
• Knowledgeable about basic ABA terms (training will be provided)
• Knowledgeable about data collection software (training will be provided)
• Works collaboratively with coworkers and clients’ families
• Follows supervisor directions and treatment plan, and asks questions when needed
• Patient and compassionate, especially while working with clients exhibiting challenging behaviors
• Goal‑oriented and organized
• Consistent and reliable
• Acts professionally in a variety of environments
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and the needs of the client
