This part-time role requires a minimum six-month commitment, offers flexible hours, and includes support from a strong clinical team with BCBA supervision and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
