Heartland ABA seeks enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support children with autism in their homes and community settings. Part-time positions offer flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

We provide paid training, a supportive clinical team, and pathways for professional growth within the thriving ABA field. Candidates should be patient, compassionate, and committed to a six-month minimum.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working
• Willingness to learn and adapt to ABA client needs
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions
• Be part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families
