Job summary

Bee Wise Behavior is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist) to support children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. You will implement individualized ABA programming under supervision, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA teams to promote client progress.

Responsibilities include executing behavior intervention plans, participating in meetings, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RBT Certification preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Must pass background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAs.
• Execute behavior intervention plans directly with clients using ABA interventions.
• Implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Apply ABA principles to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
• Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as needed.
• Attend regular meetings and trainings to stay current on best practices in ABA.
• Collect data on client behaviors and skills and write session notes within the required timeline.
• Provide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progress.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
