Precious Care ABA is hiring for an ABA Therapist/RBT in Bound Brook, NJ. You will work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, delivering hands-on sessions and helping them learn essential life skills.

No prior ABA experience is required; our BCBA/BCBAs will train and mentor you to feel confident and supported.

Qualifications

• High school diploma recommended.
• One ABA-related course (RBT training) recommended.
• Experience with ABA is not required but helpful.
• Ability to work hands-on with children and follow treatment plans.
• Knowledge of basic ABA terms will be provided during training.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

People who are reliable, patient, energetic, and enjoy working with children.

Experience working with kids is a plus, including babysitting, childcare, teaching assistant roles, camp counseling, coaching, or caregiving.

Ability to travel to client homes (valid driver's license and reliable transportation).

Requirements

High school diploma and one ABA-related course (ex. RBT training) (recommended)

Experience in education or autism-related field (recommended)

Ability to work hands-on with children

Knowledgeable about basic ABA terms (training will be provided)

Works collaboratively with coworkers and clients’ families

Follows supervisor directions and treatment plan, and asks questions when needed
