Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking compassionate individuals to provide in-home or community-based ABA services for children with Autism in New Jersey. Start as a part-time role with opportunities to grow, no prior experience required, and support from a clinical team.

You will work one-on-one with clients, record session data, engage families, and help build independence using evidence-based interventions. Flexible afternoon/evening hours available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
