Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans as part of a supportive clinical team, recording data and adjusting approaches to promote independence and positive behavior.

Ideal candidates are passionate about making a difference for children with Autism, possess patience and a calm demeanor, and are willing to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
