Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in Lincoln, Nebraska, seeks a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. Candidates will implement treatment plans, collect data, and work closely with fellow professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.

This position is for In-home or center based services and requires a candidate who wants to work with children. This will allow you to integrate into the environment and help the child develop the skills necessary to improve a variety of skills. These skills include: behavior management, toileting, feeding, compliance, and many other developmental and educational tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
• Other duties as assigned.
