We’re seeking experienced ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with at least 2 years of in-home ABA therapy experience who are passionate about delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy while maintaining strong clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with naturalistic, play-based, child‑led ABA
• Ability to embed skill acquisition into play, daily routines, and real‑life moments
• Accurate, meaningful data collection without disrupting rapport or flow
• Strong collaboration, feedback, and professional accountability
• Motivation to continue growing clinically
• Valid BS in a related field (Bachelor's required)

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes following BCBA supervision
• Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions that promote skill acquisition
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment progress and strategy adjustments
