ABA 360 in Maywood, NJ is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism, in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience is required and all positions start part-time, with opportunities to learn and grow within the ABA field.

This role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay after clocking out, and a supportive clinical team focused on building independence and positive behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
