ABA 360 in the United States seeks dedicated individuals to provide in-home ABA services, supporting independence and positive behavior for children with Autism. You will be part of a clinical team, implementing skill-building plans and recording data accurately.

No prior experience is required. Roles offer part-time hours with afternoon/evening options, flexible scheduling, and the chance to gain real-world experience in a growing field. Same Day Pay is available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
