Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in their home environments across Hudson County, NJ. In home ABA therapy strengthens communication, independence, and daily living skills.

Founded in 2015 by BCBAs and LCSWs, ABS offers supervision from experienced BCBA clinicians and opportunities to pursue RBT certification. Flexible part-time schedules after school and on weekends support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience providing ABA therapy to children preferred.
• Ability to work 1:1 with a student in the home setting.
• Willingness to collaborate with BCBA and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a home setting.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use ABA strategies such as prompting, reinforcement, modeling, and redirection.
• Track and document student progress during sessions.
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors.

Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their home environment throughout Hudson County, NJ.

Founded in 2015 by BCBAs and LCSWs, ABS provides individualized in home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to help children strengthen communication, independence, and daily living skills.

This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in psychology, education, behavioral health, or working with children.

• $20 – $29 per hour depending on experience and credentials

Available Case Schedules

Case 1

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM

Case 2

Monday – Friday: 4:30 PM – 7:00 / 7:30 PM
(Sessions may be approximately 2.5 hours depending on the day)

Additional cases pending insurance approval and becoming available soon.

Behavior Technician Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with a student in their home
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Use ABA strategies such as prompting, reinforcement, modeling, and redirection
• Track and document student progress during each session
• Communicate effectively with families and supervisors
