Job summary

MAXIM HEALTHCARE SERVICES is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide ABA therapy services for children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Earn $21–$26 per hour with weekly paychecks and paid training. The role offers flexible scheduling, part-time hours, and growth opportunities within a large national organization, with support from BCBA supervisors.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• Strong communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred.
• Current CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
• Document child progress and milestones using a mobile application.
• Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Providesbehaviorsupportservices and crisis intervention.
• Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay rate between $21 - $26 based on experience, education, and certification
• $150 startup bonus if all trainings are completed by assigned deadlines
• $50 referral bonus
