Job summary

aba360 seeks teammates to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. All positions start off part-time and no experience is required, making it ideal for entry into psychology and related fields.

You will join our clinical team to support skill-building, record data, and collaborate with families for optimal treatment outcomes. Flexible afternoons/evenings are common, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing learning through the 40-hour RBT course.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Join the clinical team and implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
