Qualifications

• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor when working with children with Autism.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in ABA care.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in clients' homes or community locations.
• Implement skill-building and behavior support plans as directed by clinicians.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment outcomes.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for clients.
