Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Mendham, NJ is seeking part-time ABA aides to support children with autism at home or in the community. No experience required; a high school diploma is enough, and enthusiasm to learn is essential. Training opportunities such as the 40-hour RBT course are encouraged.

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
