Job summary

ABA 360 in New Jersey (Toms River area) is seeking part-time ABA technicians to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings. No experience required; training provided; great entry point into ABA and psychology.

You will work with families, record data, and support treatment plans; reliable transportation required; 6-month commitment; 40-hour RBT course encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassionate, able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
