Job summary

Heartland Behavior in Missouri is seeking motivated RBTs for part-time roles delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans and work closely with a clinical team to support client goals.

Ideal candidates are RBT certified, patient, compassionate, and able to maintain composure in challenging situations. Training is provided to ensure quality care and family engagement.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to ABA services for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
