ABA 360 seeks an entry‑level behavior technician to support children with Autism in client homes or community settings. The role offers part‑time hours and opportunities to gain hands‑on ABA experience within a dedicated clinical team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, patience, compassion, and reliable transportation. No prior experience is required, and the organization encourages pursuing the 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician course for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to visit clients in homes or community locations.
• Willingness to learn; training and RBT coursework encouraged.
• Minimum 6 month commitment to the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions.
• Support independence and positive behavior as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
