Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to support children with neurodevelopmental differences and contribute to life-changing care. You will provide both 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services, guided by BCBA-developed strategies, in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services for children with neurodevelopmental differences.
• Experience with autism is a plus.
• Must have High School or equivalent; bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and neurodevelopmental differences.
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with a BCBA.
• Document session data to support treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting.
• Travel between client sites within a 30–40-minute radius using reliable transportation.
• Utilize EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools for documentation.
