Job summary

Storybook ABA seeks part-time RBTs to provide in-home and community-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in the Newport News, VA area. You will collect data, remain goal-oriented, and collaborate with our BCBAs to support positive outcomes for children with autism.

The role offers flexible hours, training, and opportunities to grow within the ABA field. Expect travel to client homes and a supportive team environment with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy experience (2 years) required.
• Ability to drive to client homes and travel as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and goal-oriented approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism in all aspects of work.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.
• Travel to client homes with reliable transportation.
• Manage time effectively and meet scheduling needs.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
• Experience working with children with autism or in ABA settings.

Responsibilities for our RBTs/Registered Behavior Technicians:
